You can't go much lower than this when it comes to elder financial abuse

Elder financial abuse is one of the fastest growing crime segments in North America.  Watch this video from Global TV in Vancouver.  How in god's name could someone with an even an ounce of morals possibly steal from this hospitalized woman?  If there is a place called hell, this guy should be there shortly.
