Catch Her in the Wry

Best restaurant service I ever had was in Rome - actually everywhere in Rome, from the smallest cafe to the most elegant restaurant. The waiters were almost invisible. Dirty dishes seem to disappear into thin air and glasses seemed to fill on their own. Linens and glassware - no plastic cups and paper napkins. I was in heaven.

Love this. But to be fair we should ask the wait staff to come up with thier top 50 customer pet peeves. I bet they could come up with some things we would never think of. Maybe the New York times could lay them both side by side.

Love this. I will translate it in French (I am French and have no patience left in me for the service we receive when visiting our own home country)...but yes, sadly this is also needed in the US. I take clients out all the time and just wish we could EVER have a full length business conversation without being rudely interrupted.
