Social Networking Sites aimed at boomers and seniors just keep coming

We've covered many of these new sites here and I've questioned the need or viability of all these sites.  Well there are more to tell you about.

Based in the UK but promises to have a global community,

Not advertised as a boomer/senior site but according to an article in the International Herald Tribune, they have many member grops in this age category.  That appeals to me because I want to be able to communicate with all age groups, not just my own.

This site is not new and is targeted at parents.  It was recently bought by Johnson and Johnson which is the endgame that most of these new sites are hoping for.

According to 50-Plus marketing, the founding editor of the financial news portal MarketWatch (Tom Murphy) has launched a second news venture, targeting Boomers.
